


The cider brandy of Bretagne is a Label of Regulated Origin (AOR). In Cornouaille, it is traditionally called Lambig. Lambig results from the distillation of ciders produced locally according to ancestral techniques.

Young Lambig enters into the composition of cocktails and long-drink for aperitif, old lambig is a liqueur of the Cornouaille land. Lambig is the brandy of mûtage of pommeau produced in Cornouaillel. Its conditions of productions are regulated by the INAO.
